Website www.natpurefresh.in ( also called “website” or “Site” further) is owned and operated by RKR Milk and Agro Products Private Limited (also called “Company” or “us” or “we” or “our” or “Natpure” further), a company based in India and incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013. By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with company. The various terms and conditions are listed below:

Definitions

"Agreement" means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexure, privacy policy and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time.

The “Site” means the online shopping portal owned and operated by company which provides a platform to the customers to buy the products listed on the site. "Vendor"/"Seller"/”Affiliate” shall mean the person or any legal entity who offers for sale, sells the products or services on the site.

"Customer" / "Buyer" shall mean the person or any legal entity who accepts the offer for sale on site by placing an order for and or purchases any product offered for sale on the site. "User"/ "You" means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including Vendor/Seller/Affiliate using or accessing the services provided on this Site.

“Natpure” is a brand name registered with and owned by company RKR Milk & Agro Products Private Limited. “Natpure” word used in document further will mean company RKR Milk & Agro Products Private Limited.

You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Term

This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using the site. The site provides online shopping platform wherein the Users can purchase/buy the products and services listed on it pursuant to the terms and conditions given below. By clicking on the “order” or “Proceed to Payment” button, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations.

Termination

Either User/ You or company may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. However, company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the products and services offered on the site or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Company may modify the terms and conditions time to time, contained on the Site without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time. You should regularly review the Terms and Conditions. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the site. However, if you continue to use the site you agree to accept and abide by the modified Terms and Conditions.

Online Shopping Platform

You further agree and undertake that you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.

By signing up with company, customer agrees to receive communication on Whatsapp, push notifications, SMS, Email, Customer Support Call, mobile Application and Website.

Company accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. The address at which delivery of the products ordered by you are to be made should be correct and proper in all respects.

While company tries its best to provide the most accurate, up to date information, products and services, the site may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information. Company is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors on the site. Company may make modifications or changes to the site or the information on products and services described there at any time. Company reserves the right to modify or cancel orders anytime including but not limited to the orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders in which company believes the customer has violated applicable law and orders that company believes are harmful to it or its vendors/suppliers/affiliates. Company also reserves the rights to modify/limit the number of items purchased or orders placed through this site.

All content on this website including the logo, graphics, text, design, belong to company and are the intellectual properties of company, protected by appropriate legislation. No part of the content shall be copied, downloaded, transmitted or published without prior, written permission from company. Before placing an order, you are advised to check the details of the product carefully. Once you place an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned here and conditions of sale included in the item's description

Any product of the company can be ordered by ordering on website, ordering on mobile app/webapp or calling on our customer care number given on the site. For trial purpose, we provide product for a specified duration and with some discount which is mentioned clearly and updated on the site and also may change time to time. Company tries for delivery of products between 5:30 am to 9:00am but it may get delayed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions or some unforeseen & unavoidable issues or government authorities’ restrictions. Time of deliveries might change as per need of the business but same will be updated to customers either on the website or any other mode of

communication. Currently the products will be delivered for addresses in Delhi & NCR as per the areas shown on the site. For other areas please call customer care of the company or provide information on the site.

While placing the order the customer shall provide the following details.

• Name of the recipient
• House No/Flat No
• Apartment/Society Name
• Name of the Sector/Colony/Area
• Mobile Number
• Email address
• Preferred Time of delivery

The delivery will be made on the address mentioned in customer’s profile or mentioned at the time of placing the order if applicable. If there is a change in address during the subscription period, the order will be delivered to new address if it is informed on our customer care number one day prior.

After the confirmation of order or receipt of payment from the buyer or customer, company shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the delivery address provided by the customer. Any and all orders placed by you on this Site are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway.

Company’s delivery executive will attempt delivery of the product once. In case the delivery couldn’t happen due to door not opened or no response at the door beyond 2 minutes, the delivery executive will give one call to the registered mobile number. If the attempt to deliver fails, it becomes customer’s responsibility to inform us in case the order needs to be redelivered. Redelivery is subject to availability of the delivery executive.

Company will consider an order as “delivered” in the following cases: 1. Product is delivered to the customer or is kept at the location specified by the customer
2. Customer cancels the order at the doorstep more than once in a month.

The delivered product can be returned by the customer only under following conditions:

1. If the product delivered is not sealed properly or looks like tampered during the time of delivery.
2. If the product’s date of use is expired or product is having foul or uncommon smell or taste.
3. If the product is delivered in wrong volume or quantity

Product prices listed on the website are current prices. While every care has been taken to put correct prices, errors in data entry and updation may occur. Company reserve the right to cancel the order in case a wallet (excluding any cashback benefit) is refundable by placing the request to the customer support. Refundable amount is credited to the customer's bank account shared to the company. Refund is credited within 7 working days of sharing the bank details. In case payments are done using credit card, it will be refunded to the same mode of payment.

Company can run Offer & Cashback but with below limitations:

• Maximum Cash Back Upto a limit mentioned on site.
• Cash back offer cannot Be clubbed with any other offer.
• Maximum one Offer allowed on one Address.
• Offer available on first recharge only.
• Cash Back Amount cannot be refunded.

Company has below Cancellation Policy

• Customer can cancel/stop their subscription using company ‘s mobile application or by informing to customer care.
• Multiple Accounts cannot be created with same address, if found then company has the right to cancel or stop the Customer's subscription.

Fruits and Vegetable Cancellation (At the time of delivery only)

If the customer denies taking the fruits and vegetables’ order at the time of delivery, he/she will have to pay a cancellation charge of Rs. 100.

Refer and Earn Program

• One user can refer maximum 12 new users. However, the Referee and the Referrer cannot have the same address.
• The Referrer should have done at least one recharge for our products in the last thirty (30) days of minimum value of Rs. 100 or must have done a cumulative wallet recharge of Rs. 2000 or more in their lifetime.
• The Referrer gets 100% cash back up to a maximum of Rs. 100 per Referee, on the Referee’s first wallet recharge of minimum amount of Rs.200. Company reserves the right to change the maximum cash back percentage and amount at any point of time during this referral program.
• Referral will be considered successful only if the person you refer (the Referee) does at least one wallet recharge of minimum value of Rs. 200 .
• Referral bonus cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer or bonus. Bonus amount in the wallet can be used only for purchase on company’s website and/or mobile application and is not transferable and in no case can be used as an exchange for tender of money.
• Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation at any time at their sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Person under 18 years of age, are not allowed to use, access or participate in the referral program at any time or in any manner.
• Company shall not be liable for delayed, stolen, misdirected or inaccurate credits in relation to any information provided by the Referee or Referrer.
• The Referrer and the Referee agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless company, from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to Referrers’ participation in the referral program.
• Company reserves the right to hold back Cash back bonus for breach of these terms and conditions, as well as debit the bonus already credited, in case of violation of these terms and conditions.
• Company may change terms and conditions of this referral program time to time. It is the customer’s responsibility to read terms and conditions before participating in this program and also keep himself updated by reading these time to time.

These Terms and Conditions, together with privacy policy, and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between customer and company with respect to use of site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between customer and company with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

Disclaimer

"We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time".
